Our Founder, Bruce Hinson

Founder of Organic Brand Consultants

Bruce started his career at P&G focused on selling Health and Beauty Care products across multiple trade classes and channels. After multiple successful regional sales leadership roles, he started his career at PepsiCo. Bruce then spent several years working with the DSD bottling system, warehouse, and chilled businesses across food, drug, mass, convenience, natural, specialty, e-commerce, and alternate channels. He progressed from regional field responsibilities to national roles across multiple functional areas.  Bruce has built winning sales team and personally called on all major retailers in the U.S.  It was during his last role, leading PepsiCo’s natural sales business (Stacy’s, Tazo, Izze, Naked) that Bruce’s personal and professional passions came together.  Over the last several years, Bruce has taken that passion for the Natural/Organic lifestyle to focus on helping mid-size and early-stage brands expand distribution and thrive in the Natural retail marketplace. He has built winning sales teams and personally called on all major retailers in the U.S.
